Eating Alive: A Phrase You Should Live By

To stay healthy, our body must cleanse and regenerate constantly. Thousands of cells die and are born at every moment, some parts of the body are being completely renewed in a few days, others take a few years. Certainly we are not only what we eat because our body is also influenced by our emotions and our thoughts. But, to ensure the quality of our food is an essential factor of vitality and health, both physical and mental.

Our modern diet, what do we really eat?

A legitimate question if we observes that most of the food offered in today's traditional distribution channels is actually:

- Devitalized: foremost by soil depletion caused by decades of intensive cultivation and conservation destroy all or part of certain nutrients (enzymes, vitamins, minerals, fiber).

- Polluted: foremost by treatments generously poured in conventional agriculture (pesticides, fungicides...) and by the multiple use of additives in food industry (anti-germination, preservatives, flavor enhancers, dyes...).

- Distorted: the techniques that reinvent food, upstream (hybridization, GMOs...) and downstream with the development of "fake" foods (fake sugar, butter and other false light) that are true to the lure body.

- False energy: Most processed foods usually contain a high proportion of carbohydrates with high glycemic index, whatever the form of sugars or refined grains. These special carbohydrates are moving very quickly in the blood, no real effort to gut the body, providing a feeling of energy and well being, sadly short-lived. Only way to regain that feeling: eating sugary foods again, a vicious circle at the source of addictive behaviors sugar.

But a stable blood sugar is essential for the proper functioning of the brain and nervous system. Indeed, more food is eaten alive, organic vegetable, raw or cooked at low temperature to preserve intact its vital nutrients, the more the body must make an effort to appropriate and transform it into usable components for its own metabolism. In this process, it is getting stronger and gaining energy. If it does not give the body a dead food, it absorbs the liabilities become lazy and dependent on that false energy intake. The food industry also provides many other energy devices in the form of food additives of any kind: these exciting substances, also known as excitotoxins, especially influence the endocrine and nervous systems.

This food, which fills the stomach but does not really feeds, has serious impacts on the physical and mental health:

- Physically, It is a key factor in many diseases is constantly increasing, such as cancer, allergies, diabetes, cardio-vascular or autoimmune diseases.

- On a psychological level, it has a direct impact on the nervous and endocrine systems, with consequent changes in mood and behavior (hyperactivity or apathy, lack of concentration, dependence, depression, nerve degeneration...).

Eat Alive

Denatured and devitalized food puts us in an energy level much lower than our real potential even thought we are not sick.

Only true and living foods, rich in enzymes, vitamins, minerals and phyto-nutrients, provide the body with the subtle elements it needs to detoxify and rejuvenate in depth, with the key to a real vitality. To do this, place the vegetables and fresh fruit and organic whole foods and especially the champions live foods: sprouts, shoots, micro algae, fresh pollen... all very easy to integrate into the daily diet.
